In April 2026, the brand will open a new boutique in Chatswood Chase, offering a unique opportunity to join at the beginning of an exciting new chapter in the Australian market.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Boutique Manager to lead the Chatswood boutique and manage a team of eight. This is a pivotal role focused on driving boutique performance, delivering an exceptional client experience, and building a strong team culture aligned with the brand’s values. While the boutique is scheduled to open in April 2026, we are looking to bring the successful candidate on board earlier to allow for comprehensive training, onboarding, and preparation in the lead-up to launch.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a luxury retail setting, ideally within fine jewellery, timepieces, or high-end fashion. Strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of clienteling, and a passion for storytelling around craftsmanship and heritage are essential. You will bring operational excellence, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. Experience with store openings or pre-launch environments will be highly regarded.
