Position Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding in office servicing and repair of high-end coffee machines from homes to commercial settings.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and installation of advanced espresso and grinder systems.
- Deliver customer-focused service, acting as both technician and brand ambassador problem-solver, advisor, and coffee connoisseur.
- Record service diagnostics and parts usage with precision and efficiency.
