Position Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding on-site servicing and repair of high-end coffee machines from homes to commercial settings.
* Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and installation of advanced espresso and grinder systems.
* Deliver customer-focused service, acting as both technician and brand ambassador problem-solver, advisor, and coffee connoisseur.
* Record service diagnostics and parts usage with precision and efficiency.
