Customer Information Administrator – NSW Trustee and Guardian

* 2 x Ongoing full-time vacancies available. 35 hours per week.
* Location: This role is based in Parramatta. Flexible and hybrid working options available.
* Clerk Grade: Level 3/4. Base salary $84,659 p.a. to $92,701 p.a. plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading.

The Information and Technology team delivers secure, modern, and efficient digital services by maintaining robust technological infrastructure, developing and supporting critical business applications, and leading strategic technology initiatives aligned with the organisation's objectives.

About the role

The Customer Information Administrator is responsible for ensuring all legal orders and customer information received is accurately recorded in the relevant customer information systems to maintain data quality and to support NSW Trustee and Guardian (NSWTG) to deliver services in relation to the legal

authority.

The NSWTG Customer Information team is responsible for handling all orders from the NSW Supreme Court, as well as applications, acknowledgment letters, notice of listings, orders, appeals, written reasons, and correspondence from the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) and Mental Health Review Tribunal that appoint NSWTG as financial manager or guardian.

This is an exciting opportunity that will see you:

* Ensure all legal orders and associated communications received by NSWTG are recorded accurately in the relevant customer information system in accordance with State Records Act legislation and NSWTG procedures.
* Perform assigned tasks in accordance with agreed service levels to maintain timely delivery of information to internal and external customers.
* Undertake routine reviews and remediate data quality issues in customer information systems.
* Provide information requested by internal stakeholders to respond to subpoenas and Government Information Public Access Act (GIPAA) applications.
* Provide support on data quality projects as requested to improve the customer experience.
* Maintain current knowledge of all legislation and procedures relevant to managing and recording legal orders.

About you

Application is encouraged if you demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience:

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality, ensuring information is captured consistently, accurately and in line with legislation, policy and procedure.
* Technical capability in electronic records management systems, ideally OpenText Content Manager or a similar EDRMS, and confidence navigating multiple systems in a fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet service level expectations without compromising quality.
* Ability to uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity, professionalism and respect.

Essential requirements

* Proven experience in records management, including electronic records management systems.
* Experience with OpenText Content Manager or similar Electronic Digital Records Management System.
* Knowledge and experience in the Information and Records management industry
