About the role:
Reporting to the Fabrication Supervisor, Fleetwood's Welders play a key role within our manufacturing and build process.
Our welders are an integral part of our team and are responsible for the delivery of high-quality work across a range of Fleetwood projects.
The position will work Mon-Fri with the option to work Saturdays at times.
Key responsibilities:
Construction of building frames in accordance with plans
Maintaining high standards of quality
Operation of machinery and/or equipment
Following work health and safety policies and procedures at all times
Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping within individual work areas
Performance of non-trade tasks as required.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be someone who has a high quality of work and an eye for the detail.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
Relevant trade qualifications
Experience working as a Welder in a construction and/or manufacturing environment
Ability to read/interpret plans and specifications to determine dimensions, materials required and installation processes
Knowledge of health and safety procedures
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Construction Induction Card.
