Admin. Office All Rounder - Transport and Logistics

$75,000 – $76,000 per year inclusive of 12% Super

Your opportunity

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our friendly office team. You will be in a front line customer service based role, largely working unsupervised, no two days are the same. Are you energetic, positive, motivated and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a smooth move and happy customer. Are you as passionate about the removals industry as we are, if you are, you will join a great team who are committed to quality and take pride in being the best. You will be provided long term ongoing work with one of Sydney's highly recommended family owned and operated removal companies.

Your new role

Ensuring all job leads are contacted and followed up

Typing up quotes

Liaising with customers during the entire moving process, from the initial quote until after their move is complete

Actioning and prioritising emails daily, emails are to be kept on top of and up to date at all times

Database entry/General daily administration duties

Ensuring Policies and Procedures up to date with our industry body AFRA

Working directly under the director's

Staff training logistics and compliance

Being able to have a solution to a problem and move forward quickly to resolve

Complete all daily tasks in good time

For success you will:

Be friendly, helpful, honest, and customer focussed with a proactive, can-do attitude

Be eager to learn and embrace change with a high level of professionalism.

Be reliable, hard-working and there for your team mates

Care about your personal appearance and have a helpful friendly manner

Be passionate about the removals industry

English as your first language is at the highest of importance as you are front line customer service

MUST be available throughout the peak season November through till end of January, we are closed public holidays over the Christmas and new year period.

Patience when dealing with clients and suppliers

Well presented

Working solo is a must

Moderate typing speed
