 * Organise events, travel arrangements and meetings
 * Coordinate between wholesale and retail departments as a point of contact
 * Provide general administrative support and report preparation
 * Liaise with staff on operational matters
 * Research and prepare reports, briefings, and correspondence
 * Maintain confidential files and documents
 * Attend meetings and act as secretary as required
 * Take and transcribe dictation of letters and other documents
 * Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
