Accounts Administration and Financial Support Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Administration and Financial Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and finance administration services.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Support:
o Provide first-level technical support to staff and guests.
o Troubleshoot hardware issues and assist with basic network connectivity.
o Liaise with the IT team to resolve technical issues.
* Finance Administration:
o Process invoices and manage vendor queries.
o Issue invoices and maintain debtor records.
o Prepare daily revenue reports and reconciliations.
o Assist with month-end tasks and ad-hoc finance projects.
Requirements
