About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiasticStore Managerto join the team at our Bras N Things Tea Tree Plaza Store.
This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week.
Leading by example to create an inclusive and empowering team environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting your team to achieve budgets and KPIs
Supporting the growth and development of your team through coaching, feedback, and succession planning, ensuring equal opportunities for progression
Executing Visual Merchandising in-store, with the confidence to use your judgement to make commercial decisions that reflect both brand standards and customer needs
Understanding stock management processes and prioritising tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience coaching a diverse team and providing clear, supportive, and on-the-spot feedback
