We’re looking for someone passionate about food and community to join a residential aged care facility in a permanent full-time role, based in a stunning coastal location in regional Queensland. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook meals according to dietary requirements and individual needs Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in all aspects of food preparation Support the development and implementation of menus Contribute to a positive, inclusive kitchen culture focused on quality service What We’re Looking For: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience) Proven ability to manage food prep in a high-volume setting Understanding of Australian food safety and WHS standards Past experience in aged care is not necessary but favourable!
