About the role The D365 Platform Manager is responsible for driving the ongoing evolution, optimisation, and adoption of Avant’s recently implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Acting as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, this role ensures the CRM delivers measurable value across member engagement, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. The role has three core priorities: 1. Defining and prioritising the Dynamics 365 product roadmap aligned to business objectives2. Managing the product backlog and coordinating delivery with cross-functional teams3. Driving strong user adoption and continuous improvement of the CRM platform Key Accountabilities: • Own the Dynamics 365 CRM product vision and roadmap• Manage and prioritise the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, IT, and delivery partners• Lead requirements gathering across sales, member services, marketing, and operations• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and UAT sign-off• Monitor platform performance, adoption, and feedback to drive optimisation• Develop and maintain CRM documentation and training materials• Lead user adoption and change management activities• Partner with data teams to deliver effective CRM reporting and insights• Manage Microsoft and vendor relationships and identify platform risks Skills and Experience required: • 3–5 years’ experience in CRM, platform ownership, product ownership, or business analysis roles• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing)• Proven delivery experience in Agile/Scrum environments• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills• Experience with CRM integrations, data migration, and configuration• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar tools• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills Qualifications • Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or related field • Agile/Product Owner certification and/or D365 certifications (beneficial) We have a diverse and connected work environment where your contribution and ideas will be valued and respected and make a real difference to the lives of others.
