The Opportunity
Hype DC Canberra Outlet is looking for an Assistant Store Manager who can bring energy, leadership and a passion for customer experience. You'll support the Store Manager and lead a high-performing team while delivering the brand vision and driving commercial results.
What You'll Be Doing
* Creating an engaged, high-performing team culture
* Driving results in store
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience every day
* Coaching and developing your team to grow their skills
* Leading recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training
* Executing Visual Merchandising and maintaining store standards
* Supporting omni-channel operations including online order fulfilment
* Ensuring a safe, inclusive and fun environment for team and customers
What You Bring
* Experience as a Retail Store Manager / Assistant Manager
* A passion for customer service and a track record of achieving KPIs
* Strong coaching, communication and leadership skills
* A proactive, 'Make it Happen' mindset
* The ability to think strategically and identify opportunities
* Experience managing rosters and labour costs
