APRA's Graduate Program offers an unparalleled view of the financial services industry, with structured and on-the-job learning designed to give our graduates broad experience so they can build an inspiring and rewarding career.
Our Graduate Program runs for 16-months. During this time, you will complete three rotations across areas including frontline supervision of banks, insurers, and superannuation funds, to policy, risk, technology, data and other specialist teams, giving you the opportunity to build the core foundations of prudential regulation.

To be eligible for our 2027 Graduate Program, you'll need to have:
* Australian Citizenship (Permanent Residency or New Zealand citizenship is not eligible)
* Completed your Bachelor degree prior to the end of 2026
* Completed an undergraduate degree in the past 4 years (i.e. 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025)
* Open to all qualifications, with a number of graduates coming from disciplines across STEM, Economics, Econometrics, Commerce, Finance, Actuarial, Legal, Business, Arts, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Analytics, and related fields
* The ability to work from our Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne office
