We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by safely navigating your local neighbourhoods to deliver customers' shopping to their homes during the day or night.
About the Role:
You will be behind the wheel of our iconic Coles vans, helping to pick and pack orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery. Your ability to work with enthusiasm, energy, and pace will be key in providing great customer experiences.
About You and Your Skills:
* A commitment to working safely, including holding an Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and having a safe driving record.
* The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and/or regional areas.
* Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
