This role sits right at the heart of that growth. You'll be the Design Team Lead—someone who loves detail, thrives on problem‑solving, and gets real satisfaction from seeing ideas turn into well‑designed, thriving communities.
You'll work hands‑on in the design and delivery of land lease projects while building and mentoring a new design team from the ground up. Whether you're based in Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast, you'll have the support of an experienced management team and the freedom to shape your own path.
