In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a specialist Family Law Partner in a busy and diverse Family Law practice.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* diary management
* prepare and file court documents
* management of files, open/close and archive
* prepare briefs to Counsel
* liaising with clients, Barristers and the Court
* prepare correspondence and court documents
* maintain electronic files
* coordinate meetings
* end of month billing and expenses
To secure this career defining opportunity you will have previous experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant in a law firm witha genuine interest in family law. You will also have;
* excellent written and verbal communication skills
* well developed time management skills
* strong attention to detail
* a pro-active and flexible team attitude
* advanced MS Office skills
* the ability to work both independently and as part of a friendly team environment
