Your Opportunity
Range Planners
Build a Range Planner for each range after First Sign Off.
Maintain Range Planners throughout the range building process to ensure all information is accurate for Final Sign Off.
Complete Range Planner and submit to your Senior Buyer by 8.30am on the Tuesday prior to Final Sign Off.
Update Range Planner post Final Sign Off with agreed retail prices, changes, and quantities.
Hand over 100% complete & accurate Range Planner to your Senior Buyer by 10am on the day following Final Sign Off.
Approval Samples
Weekly tracking of approval samples by range to ensure timely arrival for Final Sign Off.
Provide weekly updates on approval sample status by range to your Senior Buyer.
Check approval samples upon arrival for suitability, correct colour, detail, etc.
Identify potential QC issues and discuss with your Senior Buyer to determine corrective actions prior to Final Sign Off.
Prepare approval samples for Final Sign Off, including correct Carding, white sticker with supplier, cost, margin, and merchandise range on the correct fixture by EOD on the Monday prior to Final Sign Off.
Prepare Spec Sheets as instructed by your Senior Buyer.
Review daily sales of your team’s ranges and provide updates.
Respond to supplier correspondence within 24 hours.
Perform other duties and special projects within your skill and competency level as required.

Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel & Outlook; willingness to develop skills on Futura.
