The Impact You'll Make
In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate the delivery of our full suite of HCare support and services. You will be the primary advocate for your customers, ensuring their fleet performance is optimized and their expectations are consistently exceeded.
* Strategic Partnership : Align customer needs with Airbus' innovative service offerings, including digital solutions and HCare Smart upgrades.
* Operational Excellence : Lead the resolution of operational issues and complaints by coordinating across cross-functional global teams.
* Performance Monitoring : Keep a pulse on fleet health and customer satisfaction, turning data into actionable improvements.
* Internal Advocacy : Influence the strategic direction of our operations by representing the interests of your portfolio at the highest levels.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for a resilient, customer-centric leader who thrives in high-stakes environments.
* Aviation Expertise : At least 5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or technical roles within the aeronautics or helicopter industry.
* Technical Literacy : A degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
* Relationship Mastery : Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate multi-cultural teams and influence stakeholders.
* Solutions Focus : A knack for solving complex problems and a "can-do" attitude under pressure.
* The Airbus Edge : Familiarity with Airbus support frameworks and project management experience is highly regarded.
