Responsibilities
* Quote-to-Order Ownership: Executing complex quotes in CCW (Cisco Commerce Workspace) and managing the end-to-end submission process.
* SFDC Pipeline Hygiene: Auditing Salesforce (SFDC) opportunities to ensure accurate forecasting, stage management.
* Deal Governance: Managing internal deal approvals, discounting requests, and non-standard contract requirements.
* Sales Reporting: Generating weekly performance dashboards and tracking regional KPIs for Account Leads.
Required Skill Set
* Systems Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with SFDC and Cisco CCW (or equivalent enterprise ERP/CRM tools).
* Data Accuracy: High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex Bill of Materials (BOM).
* Commercial Acumen: Understanding of the sales lifecycle, discounting structures, and procurement processes.
* Problem Solving: Ability to navigate internal finance and licensing 'blocks' to keep deals moving.
