About Training Services NSW
Training Services NSW (TSNSW) leads and manages the implementation of funded vocational education and training programs and services across the NSW training market including contracting and funding providers, quality assurance, leading reforms and administering apprenticeships and traineeships and Aboriginal programs.
About the role
Provide high quality professional, policy, organisational and operational support to the Executive Director, TSNSW including the analysis and preparation of briefings and correspondence and associated materials for a wide range of activities across the Branch.
The role also liaises and consults with other areas of the Department and a range of external stakeholders to provide information and advice.

5. Have the ability to manage complex, confidential and often highly contentious issues and providing considered, strategic advice and solutions within tight timeframes.
6. Be capable of managing a high work volume across a diverse range of programs
7. Advanced problem solving and collaboration capability (as referenced in the focus capabilities)
8. Have an understanding of Vocational Education Training systems (desirable)
9. Prior experience working within the Government Sector (desirable)
10. Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s and upholding the and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
