Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

Facilities Operations Manager is a senior role responsible for managing and coordinating facilities operations across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet the individual site-specific scope requirements.

This includes overseeing hard and soft service contractors, managing subcontractors, and providing technical support as required.

* Ensure effective client relationships and rapport with client officers.
* Provide oversight for site-based FM operations, ensuring services are scheduled and delivered to high standards.
* Liaise with clients to ensure access can be provided to sub-contractor employees.
* Manage subcontractors at a site-level, ensuring compliance with security, safety, health, environmental, and quality requirements.
* Carry out regular performance auditing, work quality inspections, and checks.
* Act as an escalation point for technical matters or complex building systems fault finding exercises.
* Organize resources, materials, and equipment as necessary to efficiently deliver services.
* Ensure administrative activities are completed as required, including reviewing services, ensuring contractor KPIs are met, and issuing work permits.


About You

* A passion for working with others, including members of the wider team from other departments.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience supervising others.
* Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of commercial risk.
* A high level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks, some of which may be competing for priority.
* Experience with sub-contractor management.
* A strong understanding of the fundamentals of health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
* An unrestricted driver's license.
* Ability to undertake a National Police check and medical check as required by the contract.
