**About the role**
As a Warehouse Picker/Packer, you will be a glamaCo customer advocate. Inspired by our awesome customers, you will offer on time and correct customer orders coupled with excellent customer service so they return and send their friends asking for more
Your ongoing success and career progression will be evaluated against your pick and pack results, ongoing support of inventory management systems, operational procedures and input into improving a safe, cohesive and ultimately highly productive workplace.
You must be able to work as part of our consolidated team and have the ability to work under pressure in a high paced, physically demanding environment.
Every step in this role must be in accordance with company policies and glamaCo's high standards, which are essential in ensuring that the business grows through cooperation and transparency and is underpinned by exceptional customer service.

**About you**

- Even though this role is warehouse based, glamaCo considers all warehouse roles customer-focussed roles, after all the presentation of the parcel and product as well as on time delivery is a representation of glamaCo and is critical to the success of the whole team._
You will need clear and precise communication, and have a great relatable personality, resilience and most importantly a wow factor to succeed.
Team members come from a variety of industries, careers and educational backgrounds. It helps if you have had prior experience in high volume pick/pack warehouses, retail operations or retail fast food and it's an extra bonus if you are a current customer of glamaCo.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability and desire to learn quickly,
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely,
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced, physically demanding environment,
- Be a self-motivated, proactive and effective team player,
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy,
- Great school, academic or sporting results.
