Account Manager
We take a preventative, holistic and personalised approach to pet care. Our mission is to increase the lifespan of dogs and cats.
* Develop strong relationships with existing partners across Breeder, Behaviourist, and other Pet Professional channels.
* Execute tailored engagement plans for partner portfolios, prioritising high-impact activities that drive referrals and deepen brand advocacy.
* Analyse and report on partner performance to uncover trends, measure success, and share insights that guide engagement strategy & planning.
Key Requirements
* 2+ years' experience in Account Management, Inside Sales or Channel Partnerships.
* Able to build and grow long-term relationships while achieving ambitious performance targets.
* Strong commercial acumen - able to identify growth opportunities, upsell, and drive revenue through data-led insights.
