We are looking for a Product Specialist – AML/CTF to support the rollout and adoption of a market‐leading compliance suite across the Real Estate and Corporate sectors. In this pre‐sales and client‐engagement role, you will act as a key subject matter expert, guiding clients through new regulatory obligations under Tranche 2, helping them understand, adopt and optimise compliance workflows.
You will partner closely with a Business Development Manager and wider sales teams, providing expertise, demos, onboarding and education that enable clients to confidently meet AML/CTF requirements. This is a consultative, commercially minded role with the potential to grow into a sales‐facing career path.

What You'll Do
* Act as the AML/CTF subject matter expert for real estate and corporate clients.
* Deliver engaging product demos, workshops and education sessions.
* Guide clients through onboarding, Tranche 2 readiness and ongoing product adoption.
* Partner with Sales and CRM teams to drive usage, efficiency and workflow optimisation.
* Support complex AML/CTF opportunities and provide insight during the sales cycle.
* Build trusted relationships and provide high‐quality client support across the lifecycle.
* Stay current on AML/CTF legislation, industry obligations and regulatory updates.
About You
* You must have full Australian working rights.
* Experience in AML/CTF, compliance, onboarding, financial services, real estate operations, or similar regulated environments.
* Strong communication skills with confidence presenting to clients and explaining complex requirements simply.
* Comfortable advising stakeholders, answering technical questions and supporting sales conversations.
* Client‐focused, proactive and able to work autonomously when required.
* Commercially aware, but motivated by relationship‐building and client success rather than hard selling.
* Comfortable travelling to meet clients and run face‐to‐face demos.
* Experience in real estate agency sales or prop‐tech is highly beneficial.
* Hybrid working model: 3 days in office, 2 days from home.
