What's the role?
As a Forecast Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping our Group Operations leaders make informed decisions about workforce planning.
You'll translate business change into meaningful forecasting insights, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.
Based in Sydney (Kent St), Adelaide (Festival Towers) or Melbourne (Collins St), this full-time role sits within our Business Performance team and supports a dynamic, fast-paced environment where data meets strategy.
What do I need?
We're looking for someone who's analytical, curious, and confident working with data to drive business outcomes.
You'll thrive in ambiguity and enjoy making complex information simple and actionable.
Strong skills in data modelling and analytics, with experience using Excel, Tableau or PowerBI.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or similar scripting languages.
Ability to interpret large datasets and convert them into clear, compelling insights.
Excellent communication skills—you can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
