About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Communications & Marketing, you’ll be the first point of contact for families exploring our Early Learning services. You’ll be the driving force behind our enrolments at our Early Learning centres. This role requires a bubbly, nurturing and empathetic individual to build trust and relationships, understand families needs and guide them through the enrolment process and the customer journey, while directly contributing to our business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Convert enquiries into enrolments: Drive occupancy by converting enquiries into booked tours and tours into enrolments, consistently achieving and exceeding your targets.
* Provide exceptional customer service: Conduct proactive outbound calls to move prospective families through the enrolment journey while maintaining a clean and well-managed database.
* Family Experience: Deliver an exceptional experience at every touchpoint, ensuring prospective families feel supported and valued.
* Showcase our Services: Support centre tours, highlighting our safe, stimulating and enriching learning environments and articulate our point of difference.
* Waitlist management: Support our centre occupancy targets by maintaining regular communication with families on our waitlist and offering placements as vacancies open.
* Feedback and Improvement: Establishing ongoing connections with families throughout the customer journey, proactively seeking feedback and issuing customer experience surveys to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Collaborating with Marketing, Operations and Centre Managers to execute strategies for increasing enrolments and to ensure seamless onboarding and customer experience.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven individual who is passionate about Early Childhood Education and possesses exceptional customer service, strong administrative and organisational skills. You will be hands-on, adaptable and highly motivated, ready to roll up your sleeves, use your initiative and contribute to our success.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to build rapport, instil confidence, and create meaningful connections with prospective families.
* Customer-Centric Approach: A natural focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Organisational Skills: Experience managing databases, CRMs, and juggling multiple priorities effectively.
* Self-motivation: A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to take initiative and make the role your own.
* Proven experience in sales and customer service with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
* Childcare experience or knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong computer skills, including CRM experience.
* Experienced and confident in making outgoing calls.
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
