In this role you will mentor a small team of ADF and APS intelligence analysts, as well as be the lead analyst of a multi-disciplinary team working on specific intelligence problem sets, often with long lead times.
You will perform all-source intelligence analysis of the information and cyber domain, including information-related infrastructure and communications pathways, and its use in a specific context, to identify the components, criticalities and vulnerabilities of complex problem sets.
Your analysis will inform operational planning and decision making within senior levels of Defence. You will be required to brief your assessments to senior Defence decision makers at the operational and strategic levels.

There are also overseas opportunities for short-term analytical exchanges and engagements with Allied agencies.
Further training in cyber, targeting roles and military operational planning may be available pending individual requirements.
For this role, you will undertake a psychological assessment to be able to work within Russell Offices and must be able to obtain and maintain a TSPV (Top Secret Positive Vetting) security clearance.
