**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales teams and customers regarding complaints and delivery issues.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate sales returns and credits, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Respond to customer inquiries and general queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Escalate major service issues internally to ensure timely resolution and maintain customer confidence.
**Requirements**:
- Industry experience in supply chain ideally within the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels within the organization.
- Proven decision-making ability and problem-solving skills.
