Property Manager - Portfolio Excellence
This is a senior role that requires exceptional property management skills, with a focus on delivering top-tier tenancy and property services in the specialist disability housing sector.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing residential portfolios, including tenancy management for specialist disability housing. Strong financial administration skills, including rent collection, invoicing, and arrears management are also essential.
In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will be proactive, organised, and tech-savvy, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. They will also be able to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end property management, ensuring smooth operations for both tenants and property owners.
* Relationship management, building and maintaining effective communication with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders.
* Lease and tenancy administration, ensuring all leases and agreements are compliant and administered effectively.
* Financial oversight, managing rents, payments, arrears, and financial reporting with accuracy and consistency.
* Property maintenance, ensuring all maintenance requests are managed and completed within set timeframes.
* Compliance and reporting, ensuring all documentation is compliant with industry regulations and standards.
You Will Be Successful in This Role If You Have:
* A proven ability to manage a residential portfolio, with experience in tenancy management for specialist disability housing.
* Strong financial administration skills, including rent collection, invoicing, and arrears management.
* Proactive organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Tech-savvy ability, comfortable using property management software and Microsoft and Excel.
* Compliant and detail-oriented focus, with an eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring all documents and records are accurate and compliant.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

* Knowledge of NDIS is advantageous, but not essential.
Travel Requirements:
Travel will be required to homes across Victoria, and a current unrestricted driver's licence is required.
