We are seeking an experienced and skilled Recruitment Specialist to help us source top-tier blue-collar talent across multiple sites nationwide.
* Oversee the recruitment process for various blue-collar roles across multiple mining sites in Australia.
* Develop and publish job advertisements that meet our diverse workforce needs.
* Attend briefings from Operations Coordinators to understand current workforce requirements.
* Engage in cold calling and talent searching activities through various platforms to identify suitable candidates.
* Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for trades, maintenance, and other blue-collar positions.
* Conduct phone interviews, book meetings, and pre-employment assessments.
* Prepare employment contracts and letters of offer.
* Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure timely recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
* Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and insights to the Senior Recruitment Manager.
* Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
