The 'Client Relationship Manager' is the first point of contact for our owners to ensure every owner is provided with best quality communication, satisfaction, trust and problem resolutions across a high-value portfolio of investment properties.
This role does not manage properties day-to-day. Instead, it oversees, delegates, guides, and escalates, ensuring work is done properly, efficiently, and in line with owner expectations.
This role suits someone who has managed large, high-value accounts and is able to provide professional service with a sound knowledge on investment properties.
You'll be representing a brand built on over four decades of trust, results, and leadership in the Brisbane property market.
As the primary link between our owners and our operational excellence, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships, driving portfolio performance, and upholding the service standards that define Tessa as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
* Act as the primary client lead for all property owners
* Build long-term trust through proactive, consistent communication
* Be available for escalated owner issues, concerns, or complaints
* Handle sensitive conversations confidently and commercially
* Ensure owners feel informed, supported, and prioritised at all times
* Hold a current Queensland Real Estate Licence at commencement
* Highly motivated, with a positive attitude
* People person with excellent communication & relationship skills
* Proven Experience in Senior Property Manager role
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Senior Property Manager role
* Reapit/Console Cloud is an advantage, but not essential
