**Family Support Specialist Role Summary**
As a Family Support Specialist, you will work with families in partnership to empower and build agency to make effective change and overcome their identified family challenges. This role involves engaging families in their homes, translating initial engagement into a strong ongoing partnership, and delivering interventions that build family awareness and insight into their history and current family challenges.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Meet individual case performance targets as per weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboard system.
* Provide high-quality and intent-based practice in all interactions with clients, consistent with our organisation's values and vision.
* Provide high-quality case management practices and record-keeping that adhere to operational requirements.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Current bachelor's degree in social work, human services, social science, health, allied health, youth work, community services, family intervention, or criminology with 2 years' relevant experience in social services field.
* OR current diploma in community services, social work, human services, child and family, allied health, youth work, child and family intervention with 3 years' relevant experience in social service field AND at least 1 year of above-mentioned experience in a case management role.
