We are seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Officer to join our team at Honeycombes Sales and Service in Townsville, Queensland. Based at the Townsville Truck Centre, this part-time role, 35 hours per week, offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of our dynamic company. Our ideal candidate will enjoy performing a variety of tasks and be a true team player who is committed to the success of our Finance team.

What we are looking for:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
* Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy with financial data
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
* Ability to learn in-house software quickly
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively
* Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Responsibilities:
* Accounts payable functions for our John Deere franchise and other whole good franchises
* Accounts payable functions for other suppliers
* Liaising with sales staff regarding whole goods timing & payments
* Management and processing of company-wide fuel card accounts
* Factory receivables processing and reconciling
* Cash and cheque banking
