About The Role
This position is a full-time role within the People and Safety team, based at the Moruya Administration Office. You will provide expert strategic and technical advice, along with coordination of internal processes related to Industrial Relations and Award interpretation, to support the organisation. This includes leading business partnership support to the business units.
About You
You will hold relevant qualifications and possess significant practical experience in industrial relations and grievance management, preferably within local government or a regulatory environment. Your application should demonstrate:
1. Relevant experience in providing expert advice and applying contemporary Award interpretation related to industrial relations, performance management, and workplace change.
2. Experience leading industrial relations and change management initiatives.
3. High-level negotiating skills and strong stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain effective relationships.
4. Experience in compiling reports and analyzing data.
