Critical Responsibilities
* Lead the Food and Beverage team and manage staff in day-to-day operations
* Ensure smooth delivery of all food and beverage operations and maximise customer enjoyment
* Perform relevant administrative duties to ensure all services provided are delivered at the highest possible standard
Key Requirements
* Extensive hospitality management experience, particularly in busy environments
* Experience managing staff, including rostering, staff development and effective delegation
* Current RSA certification
* Excellent customer service skills, guest-oriented and service-minded
* Competence in stock-control and ability to work within set financial parameters
* High level communication and leadership skills
* Able to spot and resolve problems efficiently
* High levels of cash-handling skills, proficiency with POS software
