Your role within Housing and Homelessness Services will support the department to deliver housing solutions through various service centers. This work directly impacts people's lives every day, making a significant difference to them.
You will assist in delivering our Rent Connect products and services, as well as help customers access the private rental market and sustain their tenancies.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess customer needs, including assessment of housing requirements and ability to sustain tenancies in the private market.
* Provide information, education, coaching, and advocacy to help customers find, secure, and maintain private rentals.
