Clinical Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinician to lead our clinical team in providing high-quality care and support to young people and their families.
* The successful candidate will work with evidence-based therapies to develop and deliver targeted interventions.
* Conducting clinical assessments and providing care plans for individuals ranging from 12-25 years old.
* You will provide leadership and experience with focused psychological strategies tailored to young people and their families.
* Develop and deliver evidence-based interventions, including brief therapy, group sessions, and collaborative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Mental Health Clinicians in delivering high-quality care and support.
* Provide clinical leadership and supervision to team members.
* Develop and implement evidence-based interventions.
* Work closely with the Service Manager and Care Coordinator to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
* Approved tertiary level qualification in an allied health discipline, including social work, psychology, mental health nursing, and/or occupational therapy.
* AASW Mental Health Accreditation is essential for this role.
* Registration or membership with APHRA is required.
* Full COVID-19 Vaccination is mandatory.
* Ability to obtain a Blue Card and Yellow Card is necessary.
