We are excited to offer a fantastic part-time receptionist position at our state-of-the-art dealership. You will be the welcoming face of our showroom, creating a positive experience for every guest.
As the front desk ambassador, you will be the initial point of contact for visitors, ensuring they are greeted warmly and directed appropriately. Your responsibilities include managing a busy switchboard, handling administrative tasks, and providing outstanding customer service—all in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires a confident, organised individual capable of multitasking with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting guests and managing visitor inquiries
* Answering, screening, and transferring calls
* Preparing daily reports and correspondence
* Assisting with general inquiries and lead management
* Maintaining data accuracy and administrative tasks
* Managing staff rosters
* Delivering exceptional customer service
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
* Highly reliable and adaptable
* Positive attitude and proactive approach
* 1-2 years of experience in reception or administration, preferably in a corporate setting
* Automotive industry experience is a plus
* Impeccable personal presentation
* Skilled in multitasking and working independently
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Details:
* Part-time position, working Wednesday to Friday
* Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
