Technical Services Engineer
Winthrop Australia offers comprehensive technical services for Apple & PC devices. The mission is to provide exceptional customer experiences through technical expertise and dedication.
* Offer helpdesk support and troubleshooting, including break-fix assistance.
* Configure and install desktop workstations and peripherals as required.
* Perform routine diagnostics and repairs on IT hardware and software faults.
* Service and repair laptops, desktops, and other devices.
* Manage inventory and parts used for repairs.
* Update job tickets and charges.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
* Check in repairs and triage as needed.
* Provide excellent customer service and support.
* Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in laptop and desktop hardware repairs.
* Minimum 1 year experience in iPhone, iPad, and tablet repairs.
* Apple Certified OSX Technician/IOS Technician preferred but not essential.
* PC hardware repair experience required (Lenovo, Asus, HP, etc.).
