Overview
Senior People and Culture Projects and Operations Partner. We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive People & Culture initiatives that enhance the workplace, plan and deliver strategic P&C projects, and refine P&C systems to improve experience for employees.
Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic P&C initiatives across the organisation.
* Oversee and enhance P&C systems and practices to align with organisational goals.
* Provide expert advice and project leadership in workforce analytics, process optimisation, and change management.
* Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance across all P&C operations.

* A base salary ranging from $119,030 per annum with performance-based increments up to $132,348 per annum, plus 12% super.
* 70-hour, 9-day fortnight role, with flexibility to consider 62 hours over an 8-day fortnight for the right candidate (salary pro-rata for part-time option).

* Hands-on experience leading People & Culture projects in complex settings.
* Experience with HR systems and workforce analytics tools.
* Great at building relationships and influencing people at all levels.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.

Where it's located
This position is based in Murwillumbah and can be directed to work from any Council work site.
