Hansel & Gretel Bakery is looking for a Junior Apprentice Baker/pastry chef to join our team and learn the craft of baking in a hands-on, supportive environment.What You’ll Be Doing
* Assisting with preparation and baking of products
* Learning from-scratch baking techniques
* Supporting production across bread, pastry and cakes
* Helping maintain a clean and organised kitchen
* Working as part of a team
About the Role
This is an entry-level apprenticeship where you'll learn all aspects of baking — from bread and sourdough through to pastry and kitchen operations.
You'll work alongside experienced bakers & pastry chef and be part of building something from the ground up.

Full-time or part-time apprenticeship available
