* Provide first and second-line technical support to over 1,000 users.
* Offer hardware assistance including desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and phones.
* Login and resolve help desk requests from staff, students, and parents efficiently.
* Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
* Assist in laptop program repairs and audits.
* Help manage user accounts and device setup.
* Support the rollout of new devices and maintain accurate IT asset records.
* Offer mobile device support including Apple iOS and Android phones and tablets.
* Liaise with vendors for hardware maintenance.
* Participate in regular professional development sessions.
