Pool Maintenance Technician Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Pool Maintenance Technician to provide excellent on-site pool cleaning and maintenance services to our valued clients.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage swimming pool routes with regular cleaning tasks
* Stock chemicals on the service truck and adjust water chemistry for each pool
* Utilize a smartphone for our proprietary software platform, Pool Ops
* Identify equipment repair needs and communicate those to the office team
* Requirements:
* A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* The ability to lift up to 100 lbs
* No prior experience is required; we will provide comprehensive training in ASP methods
This role offers bonus potential by meeting specific gross revenue goals. A company-provided truck, fully stocked with tools and chemicals, will be available to assist in performing job duties.
