Exciting opportunity for a skilled Personal Assistant to support two dynamic Directors across various aspects of the business which continues to experience very strong growth trajectory.
As industry leaders, this second-generation family owned business is dominating their industry due to their innovative and commercially astute business strategy.
Located in Midvale, the Directors are seeking the expertise of an experienced Personal Assistant who is highly organised with the ability to multi task, remain calm under pressure and has a great sense of humour.
Duties will include:
* Email and diary management
* Diarising appointments and client meetings
* Email correspondence on behalf of the Directors
* Attending client meetings and creating a list of actionable items
* Notifying the Directors of urgent requirements and assisting with completing tasks as required
* Generating various reports including marketing reports, month end sales and sales bonus calculations
* Mapping of processes and implementing process improvement across the business
* Assist with setting up the new premises including signage, office equipment and sundry items
* Arranging product samples to be delivered in time for client presentations
* Liaising with suppliers and building strong relationships
* Assist in testing the new internal CRM system noting areas of improvement
* Collating insurance claims for the fleet and booking in car servicing
* Updating insurance policies and notifying relevant clients on certificate of currency
* Booking of adhoc travel and accommodation for trade shows and expo's
* Collating new employees onboarding documentation
