Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (ISLHD) is seeking a skilled and thoughtful Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office and support the delivery of projects that make a real difference to our services, staff, and community. Working closely with Project Managers, you’ll help shape and deliver a diverse range of change initiatives by understanding current processes, capturing and analysing business requirements, and translating insights into practical, well-designed solutions. Based at our Warrawong office, the role also involves occasional travel across the district to collaborate with teams on site.



You’ll be a proactive and collaborative professional who enjoys working with stakeholders to solve problems and improve ways of working. Using your strong communication and analytical skills, you’ll facilitate workshops, support testing and implementation activities, and contribute to the development of future-state processes and service models. With experience in business analysis and change delivery, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are well planned, clearly understood, and lead to meaningful, sustainable improvements across ISLHD.

From Helensburgh in the north to North Durras in the south, ISLHD covers an area of 5,687 square kms.
