The Job Description
* Coordinate event space and clients prior to the event.
* Manage logistics for setup and pack down of the event space.
* Provide emergency venue support on the event day to assist the Supervisor and customer service team.
* Book internal vendors for events and liaise with external vendors.
* Coordinate with the Landlord to meet event requirements.
* Brief venue staff during business hours to ensure smooth event operations.
* Coordinate catering, coffee stations and other event specifics with venue supervisors.
* Assist clients in planning their events, understanding their vision and liaising with the event host before the event.
* Conduct pre-event onboarding and post-event tours.
* Gather and relay post-event feedback.
