About the Role
Tasmanian Botanics is seeking a Key Accounts Partner to support the planning, coordination and execution of sales and marketing activities across our product portfolio. This role works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure products are effectively represented across the market and supported through accurate information, structured commercial processes and strong stakeholder relationships.
The Key Accounts Partner plays a key role in coordinating sales and marketing activities, supporting distributor and partner engagement, managing product visibility across platforms, and ensuring customer feedback and complaints are handled in a structured and responsive manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organise and coordinate sales and marketing activities across pharmacies, clinics and distribution partners
* Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to support product access and engagement
* Coordinate outreach activities to support product awareness and market presence
* Manage product presence across distributor portals, prescribing platforms and industry information systems
* Ensure product listings, pricing and commercial information are accurate and current
* Coordinate product artwork and marketing material development with internal and external stakeholders
* Support implementation of product and market changes in alignment with commercial and operational requirements
* Receive, manage and coordinate customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely response and escalation in accordance with internal processes
* Monitor customer feedback and product performance trends to inform ongoing sales and marketing activities
About You
* At least 1-year relevant work experience in a commercial, sales support or marketing coordination role
* Tertiary or higher education qualification in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications, project management, tourism or similar)
* Experience in the Medicinal Cannabis or other highly regulated industry is advantageous
* Strong organisational and coordination skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to interpret and work with sales data and reporting
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
