Key Sales Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to establish and scale our presence in the APAC market. This is a pivotal sales leadership position where you will drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and build a robust pipeline generation framework for your region.
* Owning revenue targets, partner development, and growth strategy in your region
* Developing and executing a scalable, partner-led go-to-market motion aligned to local market dynamics
* Creating and managing a sustainable pipeline from proactive prospecting to follow-up engagements
* Leading full-cycle sales: needs assessment, technical collaboration, proposal, negotiation, and close
* Collaborating with technical experts to lead solution validation and win evaluations
* Representing our organization at industry events and building relationships within key partner groups
* Aligning with marketing and go-to-market stakeholders to drive regional campaigns and event strategy
* Accurately forecasting revenue and pipeline using CRM tools
* Providing market insights to inform HQ-level product, go-to-market, and pricing decisions
