Job role: Airport Services Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage airport operations, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate flight-handling activities, including check-in, transfers, and boarding, to achieve on-time performance.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations, acting as liaison between airport service providers and users.
* Provide input and recommendations to management to improve operational effectiveness.
* Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols, including passenger and aircraft handling practices.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
* 4 years of experience in supervisory roles, preferably in airlines or reputable ground handling agencies.
* Excellent English language communication skills.
* Knowledge of Weight and Balance, Ramp handling, and Dangerous Goods Regulations.
* Ability to work under pressure, maintain customer service standards, and meet deadlines.
* Flexibility for duty travel to out-stations and cover various assignments.
* High level of computer literacy.
* Good understanding of International Civil Aviation Safety and Security procedures.
