About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced Property Manager seeking a rewarding role within a respected and professional real estate office? TRS Resourcing is partnering with a well-established residential agency that prides itself on exceptional customer service, strong local reputation, and a supportive team culture.
You’ll be managing a well-maintained residential portfolio with full administrative and leasing support, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a residential portfolio with a focus on client satisfaction and efficiency
- Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections in compliance with Victorian legislation
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with landlords, tenants, and trades
- Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears management, and VCAT preparation when required
- Provide professional advice to clients on market trends and compliance
- Maintain accurate records including safety checks and compliance documentation
- Build and maintain strong landlord relationships through proactive communication
- Collaborate with your colleagues to support a positive and high-performing team culture
About You
- Proven experience in residential property management
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate and valid driver’s licence
- Hold a current Police Check (or willing to obtain one)
