Site Location: DIMBOOLA - CORNER WESTERN HIGHWAY & DIMBOOLA JEPARTI ROAD
Onsite Date and Time: 28th February 2026 at 1:30PM AEST
Scope of Work: Replace 1 Firewall
Note: Tech needs to carry RJ45 to USB console Cable.
Dispatch/Adhoc Requirement
* Experience in handling desktop/network issues
* Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems
* Install patches
* Software and hardware break-fix
* Well-versed network engineer (Good to have CCNA or above certification)
* Basics of Wi-Fi
* Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch and Router Configuration
* Install and administer MS Office
* Business English with local language
Standard Tools Engineers Need to Carry
* Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
* Cisco Console cable (DB9 – RJ45 or USB RJ45). In case of USB converter used, make sure drivers are properly installed
* Putty
* Team Viewer
* TFTP server
* Screw Driver Set
* Internet data Card
* TECH MUST HAVE CONSOLE CABLE AND LAPTOP AND HAVE ABILITY TO CONSOLE INTO CISCO ROUTER AND USE WEBEX

Note: This is an on-call basis for dispatch/adhoc, backfill projects, and the scope of work varies from client to client. Above mentioned is the general JD.
